Do I have to order online?

Ordering over the internet with Desire Clothing is a secure method of paying. We utilise a system to check all cards used against fraud. If we believe the order being placed is of a fraudulate nature the order will not be dispatched.

Can I change my order?

Once you have placed an order with Desire it is not possible to change your order once dispatched. Call customer services to check if your order has been dispatched. If you are not entirely happy with your order once dispatched to you you can return see our returns policy.

Can I track my order?

You can track your order online at with the tracking code given to you in your dispatched email.

Returns

Is there a guarantee of a return?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. With our red label attached. (Unfortunately we will not be able to receive items back that have not still attached our red safety label)
