Returns

All jewellery and beauty products are non returnable and non refundable.

In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition (WITH RED TAG ATTATCHED) and suitable packaging with a completed returns/exchange form and copy of your invoice within 14 days of receipt.

We will issue a full refund (excluding the original delivery charge) once we receive your return or exchange the item for another size/colour if preferred. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Any items returned without a name or invoice number can not be refunded or exchanged until you have contacted us with your details.

Each parcel contains a label with our return address which is as follows:-

Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own security, we recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides you with a tracking number.

Please confirm with your courier that we have received your return before contacting customer services as we will not accept responsibility for items that have been lost by your courier.

Faulty/Damaged Items

If the item you received is faulty, damaged or the incorrect item, please post the item back to us using a tracked or recorded delivery service and we will reimburse you for the cost of returning it.

Please include your postal receipt in the parcel if possible and take a note of your postal tracking number.

Please fill in your exchange form and include it with your return quoting your invoice number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.

You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

We strongly recommend that you use a tracked/recorded delivery service to return items as we will only issue replacements or refunds once we have received the original item back.

Additional Information

We will only refund to the card from which the original payment was made.

Please ensure that shoeboxes are posted out in additional packaging as shoeboxes can be damaged on their way back to us.

*When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled.

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

Seven Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Only)

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

Statutory Rights

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
